Yes. In-person training is available for clients in and around Cookeville. Availability may be limited, so it’s best to reach out early to secure a spot.
What if I’ve never worked out before?
That’s completely fine. You’ll be guided step-by-step through everything — from basic movements to building a consistent routine.
How does online coaching work?
You’ll get access to a coaching app where your workouts, progress tracking, and communication all live. You can train on your schedule while still having full support and accountability.
Will my program be customized?
Yes. Every plan is built specifically for you; based on your goals, experience level, schedule, and available equipment.
Do I need a gym membership?
No. You can train at home or in a gym. Your program will be designed around whatever equipment you have access to.
However, I train at Absolute Fitness in Cookeville, so, you would need to join if you want to work out there.
Do you provide a meal plan?
Instead of strict meal plans, you’ll get flexible nutrition guidance that works in real life. The focus is on sustainable habits, not extreme dieting.
How quickly will I see results?
Most clients start noticing changes in strength, energy, and consistency within the first few weeks. Visible body changes typically follow with continued consistency.
What if I’ve tried programs before and failed?
That’s exactly why this works. The focus is on simplicity, structure, and accountability — the things most programs are missing.
How often will I train?
